Our Team
FWA staff belong to organizations such as the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE), American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Through these memberships, we have developed an important and vital information network that we regularly use to the benefit of our clients.
FWA also subscribes to numerous industry newsletters and magazines that assist us to keep up-to-date with the leading edge of trends in the not-for-profit community.
In addition, FWA regularly supports its staff to attend professional education conferences/seminars to enhance our ability to serve our clients.
FWA is a family-operated, private company, partnered by Leslie Wright and Nikki Wright. We take great pride in our work and our ability to go the extra mile for our clients.
Leslie
President
Leslie has been with FWA for over 40 years and is one of the principal partners of the firm. She is an active member of the Toronto Chapter of MPI, and a member of CSAE, ASAE, and PCMA. Leslie is a two-time recipient of the MPI Toronto Chapter’s President’s Award, has received SITE Canada’s Presidents Award and received the Meetings + Incentive Travel Hall of Fame Veteran’s Award.
Nikki
Vice President
Nikki is a graduate of Trent University and is a partner in the firm. She received her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the Canadian Society of Association Executives in 2009. In 2018 Nikki completed the Queen’s Executive Program. Nikki is a member of the CSAE, ASAE, and MPI, and has been honoured with the MPI Toronto Chapter’s President’s Award.
Jason
Director Client Services
Jason is a graduate of Trent University and spent over 16 years working in the Canadian animation industry before joining FWA. His previous experience as a Producer and Production Manager bring strong management, organizational and creative skills to FWA and our clients. In 2018 Jason completed the Queen’s Executive Program. Jason is a member of the CSAE, ASAE and MPI.
Stuart M.
Director Client Services
Stuart emigrated to Canada over 20 years ago and started his career with FWA at that time. He adapted quickly to the association work and spent time learning the role of executive director. Stuart earned his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the Canadian Society of Association Executives in 2017.
Stuart T.
Director Client Services
Stuart brings a wealth of experience within the association management field, and proactively supports its not-for-profit clients to develop and achieve their goals. He spent eight years with Meeting Professionals International (MPI) as chapter business manager where he was responsible for overseeing the management of fifteen chapters both in Canada and the USA. Stuart is a member of CSAE and ASAE.
Sunipa
Client Services Coordinator
Sunipa holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta (India). After immigrating to Canada in October 2011, Sunipa completed an Honours Diploma in the Administrative Assistant program (2013) from triOS college. In February 2015, she joined FWA as a Client Services Coordinator.

Administrative Assistant
Ndidi joined FWA in October 2021 and has enjoyed learning from FWA’s team of experts in association management to provide quality service to our various clients.
